By purchasing a NITROUS COFFEE subscription we will send you freshly roasted coffee straight to your door step. Ready to be brewed.

You’ll then receive repeat deliveries of of coffee at the frequency and size (250G or 1KG) you selected. Your supplied payment details will be securely stored and you will be charged weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on what subscription you selected.

If you decide you don’t want to renew your subscription or you want to cancel it do this at any time. You can do this via the link provided in your email.

You can also start our subscription service and collect your coffee in store at 9 Hull road, Mount Maunganui, by selecting the pick up option at checkout. Your order will be available to pick up 24 hours after the order has been placed.

You can manage your subscriptions from an email link you will receive once your order is placed. Please check your spam box as sometimes the email is located there. If at any time you want to change the quantity or the frequency of your subscription you can do it via the link provided in your email.

If your card has expired or any payments have failed to be processed you will be notified via email. If for any reason we have any inquires regarding your order you will also be notified via email.
